Inspection & Authorization

All refunds require a product inspection. We will only proceed with a refund after the returned item has been received and confirmed to be in suitable condition. Refunds are typically initiated within 14 days of approval.

Credit Reversal Details

Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please note that depending on your financial provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Deductions

Please keep in mind:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund.
